'NeutralBay' began with a humble vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi clan in 1985, our pizzeria was initially a small, family-owned business featuring recipes passed down from ancestors.
Marco Rossi, the pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza during her trips across Italy, apprenticing with legendary chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. When she returned to the UK, her objective was to offer the essence of authentic Italian pizza, utilizing age-old techniques and top-notch ingredients.
Our once small 12-seater has evolved into a cherished neighborhood staple, yet our pledge to excellence and originality remains static. We persist in employing traditional wood-fired ovens, our dough is made from scratch every day, and we seek out the best components available.
Presently, 'NeutralBay' is still run by the Rossi family, with the next generation at the helm of our zealous crew. While we've adopted new technologies, our core ethos endures: forging delectable, genuine pizza that unites friends and family.
